Meet the Panelists

Ann D. Middleman opened ADM Marketing & Research Consulting in 2002, after a career spanning more than 25 years, during which she has worked with large and medium-size B-to-C and B-to-B companies on research assignments involving strategic positioning, brand identity, communications and media strategies, and public relations. Andrea Berkman Donlon, the Founder of The Constant Professional, has over 15 years of experience in the professional world and 5+ years of volunteer experience with a focus on job readiness.  While the main part of her professional career has been in Digital Advertising and Sales, her skill set extends to Real Estate, industry and technical writing, Social media, networking, Business Development and Strategy, Marketing, Mobile and Social advertising, and Product Development.  Her network consists of contacts throughout the USA, Germany, and England in fields ranging from Digital Advertising to Finance to Publishing, and beyond.  In addition, TCP serves as a Consultant to executive recruiting firms nationwide.

Carol Davidson, AICI, CIP brings fourteen years of corporate experience to her image and wardrobe consultancy, StyleWorks of Union Square Inc.  As one of only 25 Certified Image Professionals (AICI, CIP) in the NY area, Carol teaches individuals, groups and corporations how to use their visual identity to influence the image they project.  Her wardrobe and style advice has helped thousands of men and women tackle their careers and personal life with confidence and enthusiasm. A respected educator, Carol is a lead instructor in the Image Consulting Certificate Program at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) where she co-developed their first on-line image course.  She is a Past President of the New York Tri-State chapter of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), where she has also served as the chapter’s Vice President and VP of Membership. Carol has also contributed her time and talents as a volunteer for Dress for Success, a non-profit organization that helps low income women make tailored transitions into the workforce.  Carol lives in New York City, but consults private and corporate clients throughout the U.S. and abroad.  Read Carol’s full bio here.
