Are you making a good first impression on your customers and potential clients? Is your message as effective as it could be?

Learn to use body language to enhance your message, engage your listeners, and convey confidence. Let your body speak! Our facial expressions, eye contact, gestures, and body language greatly influence how our how we feel, and how our listeners perceive us. Before any words are spoken, new acquaintances will make determinations about our likeability, trustworthiness, and competence. At times, we can be so focused on our words that we forget about the non-verbal component of communication.

Join Anne Marie Strauss for this interactive presentation and learn to communicate confident, engaging body language to your clients and customers.
