Jeanne Fontana

Jeanne Fontana started her career early doing payroll for her father’s construction business at the age of ten. Quick to understand the value of owning her own business, she worked diligently to grow into the family business. When denied strictly because she was a woman, Fontana left her father’s business and pursued her love of writing and went off to New York City to do stand up comedy and television commercial writing and production. Fontana decided to carve out her career on Long Island where she could raise her family in a more suburban environment. She continued to write and produce, then started working in media on Long Island where she joined TOPLINE advertising. She purchased all shares of the company, and became CEO, where she brought the firm to nearly $40 million in client billing. She began her marketing consulting business, Synergy3 in 2009, where Fontana and other key players focus on marketing and business development, as well as media strategies/buying and branding.
